As senior designer for Imagine Communications, Julie handles the creation of prototypes, participates in brainstorms, designs for print and web, and develops and designs websites for Imagine as well as its wide array of local and national clients.

Julie joined the Imagine team as an intern while she completed her undergraduate degree, a bachelor’s degree in art with a concentration in graphic design and photography, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Upon graduation in 2012, the internship bloomed into a full-time position as a designer with the firm. Julie also holds a web development certificate from Udemy and is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, a professional organization for design.

For her work, she has received special recognition for two awards Imagine earned as part of the Public Relations Society of America, Las Vegas Chapter’s 19th annual Pinnacle Awards in 2015: an award of merit in the Creative Tactics category and an award of excellence in the Magazine category.

While Julie was born in Tennessee, her father’s job working for Lake Mead National Recreational Area brought the family to Boulder City, Nevada when she was young. She and her husband, Shaun, are currently raising their daughter, Jayda, in Central Florida, where she spends her spare time with her family, gardening and kayaking.
