Pollo Inka Express serves traditional Peruvian cuisine in a fast, casual setting. The cuisine is abundant with flavor, rich in culture, and completely delicious. The chicken (pollo a la brasa) is not only the star of the menu, but the star of the brand, too. So, who says chickens can’t dance? Not us. We created a fun and eccentric personality for the mascot of the brand to capture the friendly and approachable atmosphere of Pollo Inka Express. The dancing chicken also represents the fresh signature flavors bursting with traditional spices Pollo Inka serves, because whether you dine in or take out, the food is so good it’ll make you dance.
